Policies

Client eligibility and suitability


1.1 Treatment will only be provided to clients aged 18 years or over. Valid identification may be requested.
1.2 Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
1.3 Treatment may be refused or postponed if medical contraindications are present.
1.4 The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or delay treatment if it is deemed unsafe or not in the client’s best interest.

Booking and deposit


2.1 A non-refundable £15 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
2.2 Appointments are not confirmed until the £15 deposit has been received.
2.3 The £15 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
2.4 Failure to pay the deposit will result in your appointment slot not being reserved.

 

Consent form requirement


3.1 A medical consent form must be completed via direct message (DM) when booking your appointment.
3.2 The consent form will be sent after the deposit has been received.
3.3 All information provided must be accurate, complete and truthful.
3.4 Failure to complete the consent form before your appointment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

Consultation policy


4.1 Some treatments require a consultation before treatment can take place.
4.2 Treatments requiring a consultation include, but are not limited to:

  • Laser hair removal

  • Acne treatments

  • Pigmentation treatments

  • Advanced or first-time skin treatments

4.3 Treatment will not proceed without a completed consultation where required.
4.4 The consultation will assess suitability, review medical history, discuss expectations, risks, possible complications and aftercare requirements.

Cancellation and rescheduling


5.1 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
5.2 Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
5.3 Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the £15 deposit.
5.4 Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in loss of deposit, and future bookings may require full payment in advance.

Late arrivals


6.1 Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.
6.2 Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation at the practitioner’s discretion.
6.3 Late arrivals may result in loss of deposit.

Results and aftercare


7.1 Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
7.2 Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
7.3 The clinic accepts no responsibility for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice or from undisclosed medical conditions
